Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receiving your jewellery. Items must be in 'as new' condition, returned in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note: for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. To start a return please contact us.
We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Sol & Selene jewellery.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
