Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns if you have changed your mind. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reason.


We have a 14-day return policy in effect after you have received your jewellery.


To be eligible for a return, items must be in 'as new' condition, returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return please contact us using our contact us page. If your return is accepted we will show you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Sol & Selene jewellery.


Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact our customer service by using our contact us page before returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you on the next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for purchases made with gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.


Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
